Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Install fuel filler tube to fuel tank and tighten clamp.
2. Install rubber vapor recirculation line at the fuel filler tube and tighten clamp.
3. Install ground strap (2) and nut (4) to frame stud (3). Tighten nut to 10 Nm (90 in. lbs.).
4. Install ground strap (2) to fuel filler tube (1).





5. Install new screw fasteners (3) to the fuel filler neck (2) if necessary.
6. Install screws (5) to fuel filler neck (2) and fuel filler tube (4). Tighten to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
7. Install screws (1) to body and fuel filler neck (2). Tighten to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
8. Install fuel filler tube cap.
9. Install inner splash shields, Splash Shield - Installation.
