Camshaft Position Sensor - Removal

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.




2. Remove the wiper cowl panel (3) Cowl Panel Cover - Removal





3. Disconnect the camshaft position sensor (1) electrical connector.





4. Remove the sensor mounting bolt (1).
5. Carefully twist and pull the camshaft position sensor (2) from the engine block (3).
