Evaporative Emission Control Canister: Service and Repair
REMOVAL1. Raise vehicle and support.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Remove right rear wheel.

4. Remove the access panel in the rear of the wheel well.

5. Disconnect the hoses from the EVAP canister.

6. Remove 1 bolt from the bracket of the EVAP canister.
Fig. 9 EVAP Canister Front Clip:
7. Slide canister rearward to remove EVAP canister from front clip.
INSTALLATION
1. Install EVAP canister to Bracket.
2. Install bolt to EVAP canister and tighten to 6.7 Nm (60 in. lbs.).
3. Connect hoses.
4. Install rear wheel.
5. Connect negative battery cable.
6. Lower vehicle.
