Removal and Replacement

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery.
2. Remove blower motor assembly.
3. Drain coolant from cooling system.
4. Disconnect heater hoses.

Knee Bolster:

5. Remove right side knee bolster and steel plate assembly.
6. Remove heater air ducts.
7. Remove lower heater housing cover.
8. Label vacuum lines and then disconnect.

Heater Housing:

9. Remove heater housing mounting nuts. Two are located under the instrument panel and the other two are located in the engine compartment.
10. Remove heater assembly from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedures.
