Inspection

1. Check the tip clearance. The standard value is 0.06 - 0.18 mm (0.0024 - 0.0071 inch).





2. Check the side clearance. The standard value is 0.04 - 0.10 mm (0.0016 - 0.0039 inch).





3. Check the body clearance. The standard value is 0.10 - 0.18 mm (0.0039 - 0.0071 inch). The wear limit is 0.35 mm (0.0138 inch).
