Code No. 47, 48, 49 Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid System

Description

If the torque converter clutch solenoid shows a high resistance value, code No. 47 is output to indicate that the torque converter clutch solenoid is open-circuited. If it shows a low resistance value, code No. 48 is output to indicate that the torque converter clutch solenoid is short-circuited. If the torque converter clutch solenoid drive duty 100% state lasts for more than 10 seconds, code No. 49 is output to indicate that the torque converter clutch control system is out of order.

- Defective torque converter clutch solenoid
- Defective connector
- Defective transaxle control module
