Throttle Full Close Switch: Description and Operation

Idle Position Switch Circuit:

The Idle Position Switch, which is a contact type switch, senses accelerator operation. It is located in the throttle position sensor, at the throttle plate. When the throttle valve is in the idle position, the throttle plate shaft closes the switch.
