Shoulder Belt Indicator Lamp Does Not Light

1. With belt not buckled and using suitable volt/ohmmeter, check control module terminal 30 for voltage. Voltage should read approximately 12 volts.
2. If not as specified, check for open circuit.
3. Check control module terminal 1 for resistance. Resistance should be 0 ohms.
4. If not as specified, check for open circuit.
5. Check control module terminal 33 for test voltage. Voltage should be approximately 12 volts.
6. If not as specified, replace lamp and/or check terminal 6 and 5 for closed circuit and if OK, replace module.
