PCV Orifice: Service and Repair

INSPECTION AND REPAIR

1. Inspect inlet air hose for damage or restriction.
2. Remove oil vapor separator and inspect for oil sludge build up.
3. Inspect outlet nipple orifice for blockage.
4. Inspect CCV outlet hose for damage or restriction.
5. Inspect intake manifold fitting for restriction.
6. Clean with solvent or replace any necessary items.
