Completion Reporting and Reimbursement
Claims for vehicles which have been serviced must be submitted on the DIAL System. Claims submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service completions and provide dealer payments.
Use one of the following labor operation numbers and time allowances:

Lubricate track and drive only - both sides 08-54-51-81 0.2 hours
Replace one track and drive assembly 08-54-51-82 1.4 hours
(2 door vehicles)
Replace both track and drive assemblies 08-54-51-83 2.4 hours
(2 door vehicles)
Replace one track and drive assembly 08-54-51-84 0.7 hours
(4 door vehicles)
Replace both track and drive assemblies 08-54-51-85 1.4 hours
(4 door vehicles)
Add the cost of the recall parts package plus applicable dealer allowance to your claim.
Parts Return
Removed track and drive assemblies must be returned to the Warranty Material
Return Center.

Vehicle Not Available
If a vehicle is not available for service for a known reason, let us know by filling out the pre-addressed Vehicle Disposition Form portion of the Owner Recall Notification Form or describe the reason on a postcard and mail to:
