Visual Inspection

Visual Inspection Chart:

The Visual Inspection consists of an inspection of easily accessible components which could cause an anti-lock system malfunction. A thorough visual inspection may quickly identify the cause of a malfunction and eliminate the need for additional diagnostic procedures.

1. Check for low brake fluid level and/or system leakage which could cause low hydraulic pressure.
2. Check all fuses and grounds.
3. Check for correct mating of all connectors
4. Check connectors for damage or corrosion.
5. Check component wiring for damage.
