Fuel Tank Pressure Release Valve: Testing and Inspection

To test the two way valve for proper operation:

1. Remove the overfill limiter mounting bolt.
2. Disconnect the vapor hoses, and then remove the over fill limiter (located in-line, in the vapor line, next to the fuel pick-up on the left side of the fuel tank).
3. Blow lightly into the inlet and the outlet. If air passes through after a slight resistance, then the valve is good.
