SYMPTOM/CONDITION

Double gear meshing on subject model vehicles when shifting. A new revised interlock plate has been used in production since February 4, 1987, effective with transaxle No. DY3920, and is interchangeable in previously built transaxles (Figure 1).
PARTS REQUIRED

1 Interlock Plate PN MD728574

REPAIR PROCEDURE

This procedure requires the replacement of the interlock plate. Refer to appropriate service manual for proper replacement procedure.
POLICY: Reimbursable within the provisions of the warranty


TIME ALLOWANCE: Use existing Labor Operation Time Schedule for operation and time
