Automatic Temperature Control Assembly

AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL ASSEMBLY

Removal Procedure




1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the I/P center molding. Refer to Audio Systems.
3. Remove the Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) controller assembly retaining screws.
4. Pull out the ATC controller to gain access to the rear.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
6. Remove the Aspirator tube.
7. Remove the ATC controller assembly.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the Aspirator tube.
2. Connect the electrical connectors.
3. Position the ATC controller assembly and install the retaining screws.

Tighten
Tighten the control assembly retaining screws to 1.65 N.m (35 lb-in).

4. Install the I/P center molding. Refer to Audio Systems.
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
