Fuel Pump Relay: Testing and Inspection

1. Apply battery voltage between terminals 6 and 4, applying the positive battery terminal to 6, and the ground to 4.

2. Check for continuity between relay terminals per chart.
3. Remove the battery source, and connect it between terminals 8 and 4, applying the positive battery lead to terminal 8, and the ground to terminal 4.

4. Check for continuity between the relay terminals per chart. If any test results are not satisfactory, replace the control relay.
