Non-Adjustable Pedals

NON-ADJUSTABLE





1. If required, install electronic throttle control (2) on pedals assembly. Install three mounting screws (1).





2. Install pedal assembly (2) under instrument panel and slide onto power brake booster and dash-mounted studs.





3. Install four power brake booster mounting nuts (2). Tighten nuts to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).





4. Install nuts (1) on dash mounted studs. Tighten nuts to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).





5. Slide booster push rod (2) onto brake pedal pin (3). Install NEW retaining clip (1) securing push rod to brake pedal.





6. Route wiring harness over pedals assembly and install routing straps (1).
7. Connect wiring connector (2) at electronic throttle control (accelerator) (3).





8. Install and adjust stop lamp switch (3) in pedals assembly Stop Lamp Switch - Installation
9. Road test vehicle to verify proper operation of brakes and accelerator.
