Rear Floor Air Outlet Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation (Non-HP2) Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and InstallationAir Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation (HP2) Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation.
2. Roll the carpeting back to expose the rear floor air ducts.




3. Remove the rear floor ducts from the floor studs.




4. Remove the rear floor duct.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the rear floor air duct.




2. Install the rear floor ducts from the floor studs.
3. Position the carpeting back into place.
4. Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation (Non-HP2) Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and InstallationAir Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation (HP2) Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation.
