Catalytic Converter Heat Shield Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the catalytic converter.
2. Drill out the catalytic converter heat shield rivets.
3. Remove the catalytic converter heat shield.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the catalytic converter heat shield to the underbody.
2. Install NEW rivets attaching the catalytic converter heat shield to the underbody.
3. Install the catalytic converter.
