Crankcase Ventilation Hoses/Pipes Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) dirty air hose from the intake manifold and valve rocker arm cover.
2. Remove the air cleaner resonator outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement.




3. Remove the PCV fresh air hose (2) from the valve rocker arm cover (1).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the PCV fresh air hose (2) to the valve rocker arm cover (1).
2. Install the air cleaner resonator outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement.




3. Install the PCV dirty air hose to the intake manifold and valve rocker arm cover.
