Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Disconnect the EVAP pipes (1 and 2) from the EVAP purge solenoid.
2. Disconnect the EVAP purge solenoid electrical connector.




3. Remove the EVAP purge solenoid (1) from the fuel rail.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the EVAP purge solenoid (1) to the fuel rail.
2. Connect the EVAP purge solenoid electrical connector.




3. Connect the EVAP pipes (1 and 2) to the EVAP purge solenoid.
