Defroster Actuator Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the I/P upper trim pad.





2. Disconnect the vacuum hose (1) from the defrost actuator (2).
3. Depress the clip and remove the defrost actuator (2) from the heater assembly.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the defrost actuator (2) to the heater assembly.
2. Connect the vacuum hose (1) to the defrost actuator (2).
3. Install the I/P upper trim pad.
