DVD PLAYER REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the RAP fuse.

IMPORTANT: The RAP fuse MUST be removed 10 minutes before this procedure to avoid damaging the new DVD player

2. Remove the bezel from the floor console.




3. Remove the mounting screws from the DVD Player.




4. Slide the DVD player forward, and disconnect the electrical connectors from the DVD player.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connectors to the DVD player.




2. Slide the DVD player inward and fasten with screws.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the bezel to the floor console.
4. Install the RAP fuse.
5. Test the DVD player for proper operation.
