FUEL HOSE/PIPE REPLACEMENT - TANK

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION:
- Refer to Fuel and EVAP Pipe Caution in Service Precautions.
- Refer to Gasoline/Gasoline Vapors Caution in Service Precautions.

NOTE: Refer to Fuel and Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Hose/Pipe Connection Cleaning Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Remove the fuel tank.




2. Cut and remove the tie (2) securing the fuel feed pipe and EVAP canister purge pipe together.
3. Remove the fuel feed pipe (1) from the retaining clip (3).
4. Disconnect the fuel feed pipe (1) from the fuel sender module (4).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the fuel feed pipe (1) to the fuel sender module (4).
2. Install the fuel feed pipe (1) to the retaining clip (3).
3. Install a new tie (2) securing the fuel feed pipe and EVAP canister purge pipe together.
4. Install the fuel tank.
