Stabilizer Shaft Insulator Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.





2. Remove the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp mounting nut.
3. Remove the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp.
4. Remove the stabilizer shaft insulator from the stabilizer shaft.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the stabilizer shaft insulator to the stabilizer shaft.
2. Install the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp.
3. Install the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp mounting nut.

Tighten
Tighten the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp mounting nut to 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Lower the vehicle.
