Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement
Removal Procedure





1. Remove the front grille.
2. Disconnect the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler lines from the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Line Quick Connect Fitting.





3. Disconnect the transmission fluid cooler lines from the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Line Quick Connect Fitting.
4. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
5. Remove the engine protection shield.





6. Disconnect the oil cooler lines from the transmission. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Line Quick Connect Fitting.
7. Remove the oil cooler lines from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the transmission oil cooler lines to the vehicle.
2. Connect the cooling lines to the transmission. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Line Quick Connect Fitting.





3. Install the engine protection shield.
4. Lower the vehicle.
5. Connect the transmission fluid cooler lines from the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Line Quick Connect Fitting.





6. Connect the transmission fluid cooler hose to the Auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Line Quick Connect Fitting.
7. Install the front grille.
