Hose Replacement - Windshield Washer

HOSE REPLACEMENT - WINDSHIELD WASHER

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the wiper module cover.




2. Disconnect the front washer hose from the wiper arms.
3. Disconnect the front washer hose from the air inlet grille panel.
4. Remove the front washer hose grommet from the grille panel pinch weld.
5. Disconnect the front washer hose from the wiper motor bracket.
6. Disconnect the front washer hose from the washer solvent container.




7. Disconnect the front washer hose from the front washer pump.
8. Remove the front washer hose from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the front washer hose to the vehicle.
2. Install the front washer hose to the washer pump.
3. Connect the front washer hose to the washer solvent container.




4. Connect the front washer hose to the wiper motor bracket.
5. Install the front washer hose grommet into the grille panel pinch weld.
6. Connect the front washer hose to the air inlet grille panel.
7. Connect the front washer hose to the wiper arms.
8. Install the wiper module cover.
