Hose Replacement - Rear Window - Washer Pump to End Gate
HOSE REPLACEMENT - REAR WINDOW - WASHER PUMP TO END GATEREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the right cowl trim panel.
2. Remove the right lower pillar garnish molding.
3. Remove the right rear lower quarter trim panel.
4. Remove the liftgate trim panel.
5. Remove the wiper module cover.
6. Disconnect the rear washer hose from the rear washer pump.
7. Disconnect the rear washer hose from the washer solvent container.
8. Using a small flat-bladed tool, remove the rear washer nozzle (2).
9. Disconnect the rear washer hose (1) from the rear washer nozzle (2).
10. Pull the rear washer hose end out through the rear liftgate conduit.
11. Pull the rear washer hose end out through the opening in the dash panel.
12. Remove the rear washer hose from the right side of the vehicle.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Route the rear washer hose along the right side of the vehicle.
2. Apply lubricant to the rear washer hose ends.
3. Install the rear washer hose end through the opening in the dash panel.
4. Connect the rear washer hose to the washer solvent container.
5. Connect the rear washer hose end to the rear washer pump.
6. Route the rear washer hose (1) opposite end through the rear liftgate conduit.
7. Connect the rear washer hose (1) to the rear washer nozzle (2).
8. Position the rear washer nozzle to the liftgate.
9. Press in firmly to install the rear washer nozzle to the liftgate.
10. Install the wiper module cover.
11. Install the liftgate trim panel.
12. Install the rear lower quarter trim panel.
13. Install the lower pillar garnish molding.
14. Install the right cowl trim panel.
