Fuel Hose/Pipes Assembly Replacement
FUEL HOSE/PIPES ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENTREMOVAL PROCEDURE
IMPORTANT: Clean all the fuel pipe connections and surrounding areas before disconnecting the pipes in order to avoid possible contamination of the fuel system.
1. Remove the fuel tank.
2. Disconnect the fuel return line from the sender assembly.
3. Disconnect the fuel feed line from the fuel filter.
4. Cap the fuel sender assembly pipes.
5. Disengage the fuel lines from the clip (7) at the front of the fuel tank.
6. Remove the fuel lines.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the fuel lines.
2. Engage the fuel lines to the clip (7) at the front of the fuel tank.
3. Remove the caps from the fuel sender assembly pipes.
4. Connect the fuel feed line to the fuel filter.
5. Connect the fuel return line to the sender assembly.
6. Install the fuel tank.
