High Mounted Stop Lamp Replacement (Roof Mounted)

HIGH MOUNTED STOP LAMP REPLACEMENT (ROOF MOUNTED)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the screws that retain the high mount stop lamp to the roof.
2. Remove the high mount stop lamp from the vehicle.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
4. Pull the wiring harness connector through the hole in the roof and disconnect the electrical connector.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the wiring harness connector to the high mounted stop lamp.




2. Install the high mount stop lamp to the vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the screws that retain the high mount stop lamp to the roof.

Tighten
Tighten the high mount stop lamp screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).
