AIR OUTLET REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL - RIGHT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel carrier.
2. Remove the air distribution duct.
3. Remove the screw (1) securing the air outlet assembly to the instrument panel carrier.




4. Remove the air outlet assembly from the instrument panel carrier.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the air outlet assembly into the instrument panel carrier.




2. Install the screw (1) securing the air outlet assembly to the instrument panel carrier.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions. Vehicle Damage Warnings

Tighten
Tighten the air outlet assembly screw to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

3. Install the air distribution duct.
4. Install the Instrument panel carrier.
