Air Outlet Replacement - Center Floor
AIR OUTLET REPLACEMENT - CENTER FLOORREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the IP extension.
2. Remove the floor air outlet duct from the air distributor.
3. Remove the bucket seats.
4. Remove the front section of the carpet, if equipped.
5. Remove the retaining nuts from the floor outlet duct, if equipped.
6. Remove the floor air outlet from the ducts to the rear seat, if equipped.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the floor air outlet to the ducts to the rear seat, if equipped.
2. Install the retaining nuts to the floor outlet duct, if equipped.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
3. Install the front section of the carpet, if equipped.
4. Install the bucket seats.
5. Install the floor air outlet duct from the air distributor.
6. Install the IP extension.
