Water Outlet Housing Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the outlet radiator hose from the water outlet housing.
2. Remove the power steering pump bracket.







3. Remove the water outlet bolts.
4. Remove the water outlet.




Installation Procedure







1. Install the water outlet.

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the water outlet bolts.
Tighten the water outlet bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).

3. Connect the outlet radiator hose to the water outlet housing.
4. Install the power steering pump bracket.
