Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet

^ Tools Required
- J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure
1. Drain the cooling system.





2. Using the J 38185 reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp from the radiator.
3. Using the J 38185 reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp from the water pump.





4. Remove the radiator outlet hose.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the radiator outlet hose.
2. Using the J 38185 reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp to the water pump.





3. Using the J 38185 reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp to the radiator.
4. Fill the cooling System.
