EVAP Hoses/Pipes Replacement - Canister/Fuel Tank

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the pickup box.




2. Disconnect the evaporative emission (EVAP) vapor pipe from the fuel sender assembly. (8)
3. Disconnect the EVAP vapor pipe (9) from the EVAP canister (1).
4. Cap the fuel sender and EVAP vapor pipe in order to prevent contamination.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Remove the caps from the fuel sender assembly and EVAP vapor pipe.




2. Connect the EVAP vapor pipe to the fuel sender assembly. (8)
3. Connect the EVAP vapor pipe (9) to the EVAP canister (1).
4. Install the pickup box.
