PICKUP BOX BEDLINER REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the retaining screws.




2. Standing at the rear of pickup, lift in the center of a pickup box bedliner and remove from under the bedrails.




3. Remove the bedliner from bed.




4. Remove retainers from tailgate liner and two latch bolts.
5. Remover liner from tailgate.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install tailgate liner.
2. Install retainers.
3. Install the latch bolts.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).




4. Place bedliner in truck box. Lift from one side and with the aid of an assistant slip the pickup box bedliner wall under the bedrail.




5. Install the retaining screws until fully seated but not stripped.
