EVAP Hoses/Pipes Replacement - Chassis/Canister

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the pickup box.
2. Disconnect the rear evaporative emission (EVAP) pipe from the chassis EVAP pipe near the fuel filter.
3. Disconnect the EVAP pipe (2) from the EVAP canister (1).
4. Remove the EVAP pipe from the retainers.
5. Cap the EVAP pipes in order to prevent possible EVAP system contamination.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Remove the caps from the EVAP pipes.
2. Connect the rear EVAP pipe to the chassis EVAP pipe near the fuel filter.
3. Connect the EVAP pipe (2) to the EVAP canister (1).
4. Install the EVAP pipe into the retainers.
5. Install the pickup box.
