Tailgate Weatherstrip: Service and Repair

WEATHERSTRIP REPLACEMENT - END GATE

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Open the endgate.




2. Starting from either side, pull on weatherstrip in order to remove the weatherstrip.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Starting from either side, install the weatherstrip by inserting the groove to the endgate opening flange.

IMPORTANT: Prior to installing the weatherstrip, ensure that the area is clean and free of foreign material.

2. Close the endgate.
3. Inspect for interference.
