Fan Shroud Replacement - Lower
Removal Procedure





1. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
2. Remove the upper fan shroud bolts.
3. Remove the upper fan shroud.
4. Release the lower fan shroud clips.
5. Remove the lower fan shroud.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the lower fan shroud.
2. Install the upper fan shroud.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the upper shroud bolts.
^ Tighten the bolts to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the air cleaner assembly.
