Fuel Filler Pocket Replacement

FUEL FILLER POCKET REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the fuel filler door.
2. Remove the fuel filler cap.
3. Remove the screws that retain the pocket to the fuel filler pipe.
4. Remove the screws that retain the fuel filler pocket to the body.




5. Remove the fuel filler pocket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the fuel filler pocket.
2. Install the screws that retain the fuel filler pocket to the body.
3. Install the screws that retain the pocket to the fuel filler pipe.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the screws that retain the pocket to the fuel filler pipe to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the fuel filler cap.
5. Install the fuel filler door.
