HVAC Module Pass Thru Seal - Auxiliary
TOOLS REQUIREDJ 39400-A Halogen Leak Detector
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the HVAC Module-Auxiliary
2. Remove the screws from the heater core cover-auxiliary.
3. Remove the heater core cover-auxiliary
4. Remove the HVAC pass thru seal (3) from the HVAC module-auxiliary (1).
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the HVAC pass thru seal (3) to the HVAC module-auxiliary (1).
2. Install the heater core cover-auxiliary.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the screws to the heater core cover-auxiliary.
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (18 lb in).
4. Install the HVAC Module-Auxiliary.
