Park Brake Cable Equalizer Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Loosen the equalizer and remove the threaded rod.
3. Remove the front park brake cable from the connector.
4. Remove the left rear park brake cable from the equalizer.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the left rear park brake cable to the equalizer.
2. Install the front park brake cable to the connector.
3. Install the threaded rod to the equalizer and install the nut to the rod.
4. Adjust the park brake.
5. Lower the vehicle.
