Floor Shift Control Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the shift lever.
2. Remove the shift control cover.
3. Remove the shift cable.





4. Remove the nuts securing the shift controller to the floor panel.
5. Remove the floor shift control from the floor panel.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the floor shift control to the floor panel.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the nuts securing the shift controller to the floor panel.
Tighten the nuts to 25 Nm (18 inch lbs.).
3. Install the shift cable.





4. Install the shift control cover.
5. Install the shift boot.
