Extension Housing Rear Oil Seal

^ Tools Required:
- J 21426 Extension Housing Seal Installer

Removal Procedure





1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the propeller shaft.
3. Remove the rear extension oil seal.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the new seal using J21426.
2. Install the propeller shaft.
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Fill the transmission to the proper level with DEXTRON III Transmission Fluid.
