Intake Air Resonator Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Loosen the intake air duct clamp.
2. Loosen the rivet (2).
3. Remove the intake air duct resonator (3) from the intake duct assembly (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the resonator (3) in place.
2. Lock the rivet (2) on the resonator (3).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Reconnect the intake air duct clamp.

Tighten
Tighten the intake air duct clamps to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
