FUEL STRAINER REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the fuel sender assembly.
2. Note strainer position for future reference.




3. Support the reservoir with one hand.
4. Use a screwdriver to pry the strainer ferrule off the reservoir.
5. Discard the strainer.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Support the reservoir with one hand and grasp the strainer with the other hand twisting the strainer into position.
2. Install the fuel sender assembly.
