ACCELERATOR CONTROLS PEDAL REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Release the cable retainer from the accelerator pedal lever (1).
2. Remove the accelerator pedal assembly attaching nuts (2).
3. Remove the pedal assembly (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the pedal assembly (1).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the attaching nuts (2) to the cowl.

Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

3. Install the accelerator controls cable to the pedal assembly.
