Removal Procedure

^ Tools Required
- J6627-A Wheel Stud Remover
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
3. Remove the brake rotor. Refer to Brake Rotor Replacement in Disc Brakes.
4. Remove the hub with the bearings and the seals. Refer to Wheel Hub, Bearing, and Seal Replacement.
5. If the vehicle has ABS, remove the wheel speed sensor ring from the hub. Refer to Wheel Speed Sensor Ring Replacement-Front in Antilock Brake System.





6. Use the J6627-A in order to remove the 5 wheel bolts from the hub (1).
