Shift Cable Housing Seal Replacement

- J33799 Shift Cable Housing Seal Installer
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the inner axle shaft. Refer to Inner Axle Housing Shaft and Housing Replacement.





2. Remove the shift cable housing seal (1). Drive the seal out of the axle housing to carrier flange using a punch.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the shift cable housing seal using the J33799.
2. Install the inner axle shaft. Refer to Inner Axle.
