EGR Tube: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure





1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the bolts from the exhaust crossover pipe.

Installation Procedure

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.





1. Install the crossover pipe to the exhaust manifolds with new flange seals and bolts.
Tighten the new bolts to 34 Nm (25 ft lbs).
2. Lower the vehicle.
