REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION: Refer to Belt Replacement Caution in Service Precautions.

NOTE: Refer to Servicing and Replacing Seat Belt Notice in Service Precautions.




1. Remove the rear seat.
2. Remove the quarter trim panel.
3. Remove the bolt holding the retractor to the body.




4. Remove the seat belt and retractor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.




1. Install the bolt through the seat belt retractor to the weld nut.

Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 55 N.m (41 lb ft).

2. Install the quarter trim panel.
3. Install the bolt to the upper anchor plate.

Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 55 N.m (41 lb ft).

4. Install the rear seat.
